best players never to play in WC3L

With the recent influx of Korean and Chinese players in the WC3L, I was wondering who are the best players out there yet to participate in the WC3L. Sky has, Check has, so have a bunch of the other Korean's, including legends Dayfly and Swain.

Here is my list:
1.) FreeDoM.WeRRa (I know he retired to play SC but he's only 17 from what I understand and his retirement was not that long ago; he can still make a comeback and get back in shape)

2.) Cherry-reiGn (last of the Undead Scourge not to join the WCL: Sweet, FoV, Lucifer, GoStop, Susiria)

3.) wNv.xiaOt

4.) E-Home.Guangmo (would be the best HU in China if it weren't for a certain WE member ;P)

5.) lof.Myth (I never liked Myth's style but he seemed to be the most touted of the lof HUs at one time, even ahead of Newcomer of the Year, Storm, and was part of the Greatest [One] clan with Moon so he must be doing something right)
