I'd say slovakia belongs to eastern europe doesnt it? so why are u playing in the western qualifier??

Slovakia is Central Europe,and if you read the first page,you'd get to know that "...The following countries go under the Russian/Eastern European qualifier: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonie, Lithuania." All other European countries belong to the European qualifiers.
