The Extreme Masters finals will once again feature the reigning champions of the previous Extreme Masters finals, which will face off against this year's ESL Pro Series winners. These players will compete for the Extreme Masters Supercup title at the Games Convention, which will be held on Thursday, August 23rd.
The Counter-Strike finals will be played over 3 maps, whereas the warcraft 3 players will have to face eachother on 5 maps. In Counter-Strike every team will get € 1000.- only for participating and a € 500.- bonus for each mapwin. In Warcraft3 every player get 250.- for showing up and another € 100.- bonus for winning a map. So they fight over a prize pool in € 4.500.- total.
