Apply for the WC3L Qualification

Just a few hours ago the Electronic Sports League opened the sign ups to apply for a spot in the twelfth WC3L Qualification Tournament. This means that while the regular season is over, every interested team has the chance to fight for a spot in the next season of the worlds most distinguished Warcraft III League - the WC3L.

Every application should contain at least the following information:

The team name and ESL ID
Link to the teams website
The history of the team
The teams IRC channel
An answer to the question "Why is your team an enrichment for the WC3L?"
A list of the last 5 official clanwars the team including the results and the leagues they were played in
Five-up-to-date replays of the clan members
