CPL Announces Computer Specs at Finals

The CPL has released the info of the specs on the computers being used in the Grand Finals of the CPL World Tour ending in Dallas, Texas next month. The computers are being built by Directron and look to be like great systems. Check out the specs below for the computers.

CPU - AMD Athlon™ 64 FX-57 2.8GHz
CPU Cooling - Thermaltake Blue Orb II
Motherboard - Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe
Memory - 2GB Corsair XMS DDR SDRAM
GPU - (2) ATI Radeon® X1950 PRO CrossFire™
Sound Card - Razer Barracuda™ AC-1
Hard Drive - Seagate 250GB 16MB Cache 3GB/s
DVD-ROM - 16X DVD RW Dual Layer
NIC - Asus Integrated dual Gigabit LAN
PSU - Thermaltake Toughpower 600W
Case - Cooler Master Mystique 632
Operating System - Windows XP Pro - SP2
Monitor - BenQ FP93GX 19" LCD Monitor

Optional:
Keyboard - Razer Tarantula™
Mouse - Razer Copperhead™
Mouse Pad - SteelPad 5L

The CPL also has announced that it will be using LCD's for the championships as well. This is something that a lot of players wont like as it has been a problem in the past. CPL choose to use the 19 inch FP93GX. It was chosen based on its ultra fast 2ms GTG response time.

i have the same benq - its the best monitor out there.
but some players like NiP they dont play on LCD - what will they do know ? :P

well they should know how to play on LCDs just like soccer pros playing on different fields right.

"OH NO! we're not going to the world cup this time since their grass is blue and we're used to play on green grass" lol \o/
