Showmatch series are nothing new to Broodwar, they are always being played but there are people dedicated to making them work. F2F or Face 2 Face has been around for a while and they've brought a lot of good matches between the best players around the world. This time around though, it's different working with GosuGamers.net and it's event team they aren't limited to what they can do.

KaaZ, a swedish gamer who has finished quite well in his last few DreamHack attempts to show that his new training with the German DkH team will be worthwhile. He is a very strong zerg player from a nation mostly filled with Terrans.

Strelok on the other hand hails from Ukraine, always being in the shadows of White-Ra and yAn he's been showing the world that he is no push over. A Terran player who will not back down to any man, or alien on the battlefield.

The showmatch will be a best of 5 series where are games are played. The map list goes as follows.

GosuGamers has also conducted a nice interview featuring KaaZ, asking him questions about the upcoming showmatch. Here's a little quote from the interview.

You're up against the Ukranian player Strelok. Do you have any previous encounters with him, and what's your general opinion of him as a player ? - Yeah I have encountered him from time to time and came out as the winner most of the times. He's a good consistent player

With the matches starting off at 19:00 CET Saturday or 1PM EST for those who are unsure of time diference. There will be a shoutcast by Radio iTG on this event so make sure to tune into that here a little before 19CET
