The german team mTw just announced that the orc player
iNSoLeNCE will join them. mTw needed a new player after Tak3r went inactive. iNSoLeNCE is by many called the best orc in Germany at the moment, as he wsa able to qualify for the next EPS season. In addition, he had some good results in various InCups.
But still, things are not all cleaned up: iNSoLeNCE' former team, n!faculty, replied that iNSoLeNCE is still under contract with them and that they will not let him get out of it.
The story out of mTw's view: mTw asked iNSoLeNCE around 3 weeks ago if he is willing to join them. After that, iNSoLeNCE asked the n! management and they told him that it would be possible to dissolve his contract. Some time later, n! took back this promise, but iNSoLeNCE did not see a future in n!, because of the behaviour of the management. Due to this, mTw decided to announce iNSoLeNCE as their player without the permission of n!.
The story out of n!faculty's view: 2 weeks ago, mTw told n! that iNSoLeNCE was willing to join them. After that, n!Wepster had a long talk with iNSoLeNCE, in which Wepster told iNSoLeNCE that n! is not willing to let him go. iNSoLeNCE then decided to stay in n! until the end of his contract.
It will be interesting to see how this story continues, we at mYm will keep you updated.
*Update*
n!faculty just announced that iNSoLeNCE will NOT join mTw and stay in n! instead, atleast until the end of his contract in six months. This also means that iNSoLeNCE will play his first EPS season under the n! tag. It it still unclear if he will also return into the ESL Premier League team.
After both teams could not agree on a solution that saw iNSoLeNCE in mTw, n! suggested that he should play WC3L for mTw and the pther leagues for n!. But in the end, this was not possible, because of the ESL's rules.
Page :
Really odd that a team like mTw announces a player as a new addition to the team, without having read his old contract, from the team he is legally bound to and from which the player isn't relased yet? -.- Thumbs down mTw...
And then mTw.XerXeS writes, like a little child not getting his candy (post #8 on the n! page) that Inso is at mTw now and he will stay there and basically says EOS -.- I mean come on, thats really hard to take serious hahaha .... Òó Last edited by Mercy at 31.07.2006, 18:34

inso is under 16 years old so i think that his contract is worthless anyway, isn't it?
hi @ mTw.expect|iNSo | |
#6 Don't know about the German law, but in Denmark it's 18. Below 18 your parents must sign it.

Yeah, and I think that is maybe why mTw announced him as their addition. Also they say that he will sooon join, when everythin is clear.

#6/#7 : "constrictive" legal capacity from 7years to 18 years, when you turn 18 you enjoy the complete legal capacity, but there are plenty of intricacies in German law. If the contract is completely advantageous to him he is allowed to sign it without parents signature, even if he's below 18 years. But thats only some stuff I know by heart and I have no clue about his contract, better ask a lawyer.

Disgusting how mtw abuses the power of mymtw.de as one of the largest (the largest? dunno...) German community sites.

Actually, inso should still play in EPS for n!faculty till he contract runs out
| |
I kinda agree with #1, mTw has been around the block a time or two and should know the rules of conduct og when to announce a new player and when not to.

I completely agree with Mercy. I already stated the same opinion in the SK forums, both mTw and Insolence failed in being professional.

#14 Kugland you sure? If so then mTw has conducted this in the most unprofessional way possible and if I know the people behind n! right, then this is not ending here, but in the courts of law and then mTw will lose without any doubt.

#3 Shit? Players have to understand the meaing of proffesionalism. What's the point of the contract if both sides doesn't follow it?

What's best about this: mTw is so proud of abusing the power of rusehd.de/mymtw.de that they declare this way of pressuring n! as "The new frankness in eSport" and praise themselves as the #1 promoters of tranparency...
sooo hilarious. (source: http://www.mymtw.de/index.php? module=news&action=show&newsID=666 , in German though) www.karltoffel.de - my blog =)

#31 i wouldnt say that making negotiations public is a bad step for the eSport scene, its ofcourse something new that a company/team in esport tells with who they negotiate but that doesnt mean its a bad way. That mTw use's the power of rushed/mymtw is legitimately everyone would try to get the best out of such a site for itself.
But as you can see it didnt helped them much ;) Elroy / T.MH]Noname~ says: i lol'd in reallife
