The top player of Verge Gaming's WC3L team,
Jonathan 'Hunter' Newsham, has just been interviewed by the german page readmore.de. Hunter has secured half of Verge's current 10 points in WC3L, playing 1on1 and 2on2, together with Rainman. He was nominated for last season's Most Valueable Player and is currently ranked in the top 20 of this season's player statistics. In the interview, which was made before their match against NiP, Hunter talks about the process of this season for Verge and about the future of himself and his team. The next topics are his ability to play almost all four races on a professional level and the lag problem in the WC3L. The interview closes with Hunter's point of view of the incident in Verge's match against mTw, where, in their third game, Protois was attacking Virus with a great advantage, when everybody disconnected due to a GG-Client problem (Replay). mTw wanted a win for Protois, but the admins decided to play a regame, which was won by Virus.
Here is a short snippet from the interview:
Did you ever consider changing the team? Would you do that, if verGe drops out of WC3L? |
