TmG removed from WC3L Qualifiers
This surprising news is about five minutes old. According to the WC3L website, the Warcraft III section of TmG has been removed from the WC3L Season IX Qualifiers.
There is a reason to this decision : Today, TmG)HomeRunBall was found playing in a prizemoney tournament under a different clan tag, and because of this his team receives 2 penalty points.
With these two penalty points, TmG reaches a total of 5.5 PP's, and therefore finds itself falling under the effect of the following rule:
Penalty points are awarded as a result of missing replays or other minor infractions of the WC3L's rules. When a team gets 3 or more penalty points it loses a wildcard. If no wildcard is left the team autoloses a match randomly selected by the admins. If a team gets 5 penalty points it will be removed from the tournament.

We will not be disolving our wc3 line-up, much to a lot of ppl's dissapointment. Mistakes had been made and we paid the price. We're not denying that, but not everyone is perfect... | |

I think this is bad news for the competition, but on the other hand, if the amount of penalty points is an indication of a poor organisational structure I am glad it was caught now, since a poor organisation can be really hard to work with, and make my job all the more annoying.

Poor organisation structure? Two of the penalty points were awarded when the main organiser for the team was away on a two week vacation, which I may add is not an excuse, it's an explanation, then you have the two penalty points from HRB wearing the Lof tag. Nearly every team taking part in WC3L has penalty points, it's part of life in the WC3L.
This does not reflect in any way on the organisational structure of TmG as a whole and tbh I find it slightly offensive, when you make judgement about a whole organisation due to something that has happened with one of the teams. | |

#32 I did not, I said "if it was". And no PP's do not have to be a part of it, in all my time as manager for this team, the team has only gotten 1 PP, and that was completely out of my hands as a player flamed another in a game.
