After 8 seasons of WGTCL MgZ) calls it quits. The story has more than just a good bye to it, it has the light at the end of the tunnel. Lets start with what happened sunday. MgZ) played mYm.sc, everything tied at 2-2 and the match between Strelok and Lx couldn't be played because of lag issues. Now, take a look at the WGTCL rules about lag:

4.14 Lag Problems In the event that two players have unsolvable lag problems, an attempt should be made to determine which player is a cause of it. A substitution should be made in the draw. If there are no available substitutes for them, you must either reschedule or else let them make a substitution from somebody not in the draw. You can't get a forfeit win merely because the game lags.

MgZ) complained saying that they should get a Freewin because the game was unable to be played, unlike the rules stated. What made the situation worse was the fact that Draco actually logged on, but was not able to play.

The second part to this is how a new MgZ) player was playing for -AFM- earlier in the WGTCL season. If you read through the rules of CL you will see that you can only play for one team in the league per season. This circumstance nullified all his matches which wasn't something MgZ) wanted against them, and after both rulings of the admins, they decided to call it quits.

In the loss of one team comes another, [TmG] one of the new BW Squads much like mYm.sc has taken the place of MgZ). A line-up of 6 players I'm sure most will agree will take the place of MgZ) very well. So be watching for [TmG] in the future and GL to MgZ) with what ever comes your way.

Recently from the Manager of CL at WGTour.com stated "Due to an unexpectedly negative reaction TmG will not take MgZ's place after all."
