FoV and Soju Interview

Over at Replays.net they have interviewed the top 2 players from the Korean WCG finals   4K^FoV and   WE.Soju. The 2 interviews was made after the semi-finals where   4K^FoV managed to knock out the huge favourite   PanTech.Moon, while   WE.Soju took out   TmG)HomeRunBall in his semi-final.
The interviews are written in  Chinese but  ryanz48, from Replays.net, has translated the 2 interviews into English.

Here comes the two short interviews:

  4K^FoV:

FoV.jpgCongratulations for qualifying for WCG after the Korean preliminaries. How does that make you feel?

I am very happy, but there is a lot of pressure because I will undertake the hope of Korean fans.

In the quarterfinals, you faced off against Moon...

It was very hard. On Twisted Meadows, all the expands have been destroyed, and there were only two heroes and some units remaining. It really took a very long time to win.

In the semi-finals, you lost the first game versus Ohjie

I made a judgement mistake in the first game. When I watched replay I found that out, so I won’t make this mistake anymore.

The final will take place tomorrow

Now I know I'll represent my country, so I can take a breath more or less. But I hope I can win the final so I can finish the qualifier as champion.

What is your expectation for the WCG global finals?

I expect to be the grand champion.

  WE.Soju:

WCGWESoJu.jpgCongratulations for qualifying for WCG after the Korean preliminaries. How does that make you feel?

So far I had almost been knocked out in the quaters, like in WCG 2004. So this time I am very happy.

You met two Human players in the quarters and semi-finals

As long as it's not on Lost Temple, I am trustful to win. I am good in NE vs HU matchup.

This is the first major event after the new patch.

There are no difference in NE vs HU. And I didn’t build many expansions, so it doesn't really matter.

What do you think about the final that will take place tomorrow?

I got the spot, so I just want to play with a relaxed attitude.

What is your expectation for WCG?

I can reach the final as long as I do not meet Korean players.

Which player would be your toughest opponent?

I am a bit weak versus Orc, so Grubby will be the one to beat.

Both   WE.Soju and   4K^FoV will be heading to  Singapore later this year to participate at the World Cyber Games 2005 and we wish them the best of luck.
