#3 Americans do, Europeans don't, when it comes to their WC3. CS is still though very popular.

mercy, the american WC3 players do not care about CAL...(in CS its different, thats right)
Look at the list of participants, incinerator is the only good player who participates in this league, none of the others, like shock, wizard, hunter, boo, etched etc~, gives a fuck about the league

I think perhaps you are underestimating the player who won it, I don't know much about him granted. But, these little things count and if he performs well in those leagues then nice fame for him :)

Also going be your theory, lets take a look at another famous tournament, the Blizzard 1v1 championship, most of the korean pro-gamers don't give a damn about it, does that mean you don't give a damn? No, of course you would give a damn...

Similarly maybe for the upcoming talent in america (which is needed) this must mean a LOT.

Sonkie is not a talent anymore, he is well-known in the USA. But he never achieved anything besides the CAL and a lot of good american players dont think that he is so strong.

So Im not underestimating anyone, as u could see in the WC3L-Qualification were sonkie played with check6;D
