WEG Season 3 announced
The third season of the World E-sports Games has been announced. The last 2 seasons were huge success and this one should be to with a new addition. The last 2 seasons the players were chosen by invitation but this time it will be chosen by Qualifiers. The top 3 players from last season are automatically qualified and those players are:
Spirit_Moon(winner)
mouz.GoStop(runner-up)
mTw-WinneR(3rd)
The qualifier locations are as following:
Europe (Stockholm, Sweden) Date TBA
Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (3 spots)
South-West America (Los Angeles, USA) Date TBA
Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (1 spot)
Asia Pacific (Beijing, China) August 20-September 4
Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (3 spots)
Host City (Seoul, Korea) August 20-September 18
Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (2 spots)
But there is a twist, the 2 Asian qualifiers are non-restricted and anyone can apply. But the non-Asian ones are invite only and the invited players will be announced later.
