The eSports bookmaker XLBet.com has released their odds for the groupstage at Extreme Masters Global Challenge in LA, and there are no surprises really. MYM, fnatic, SK and mTw are the favourites to progress from their groups, but it seems like the bookmakers aren't really aware of how the American teams are playing.

While x3o might be the best American team at the ESWC Grand Finals, both MoB and and Paragon of Virtue have been closing in on them afterwards. Thus the value for betting on those teams has increased rapidly, as XLBet didn't take the results from both GRT (GotFrag Revival Tour) and CEVO:P into account.

Take for example the groupstage match between mTw and PoV. Here XLBet has put handicap 11 in favor of PoV and with odds of 3.2 for the Americans to win. They only have to get 6 rounds to clinch a victory, and that is by no means impossible against a shaky Danish team.

Even more, PoV is on a 10 round handicap against Roccat, and the Finnish team isn't exactly best prepared, so keep an eye out for a surprise in that match too.
