fnatic has been close to triumphing in the last three events, but neither of them has swung the Swedes way. In the weekend the team had one of the worst showings ever, not managing to get into the Grand Final of neither WCG Sweden or DreamHack's own tournament.
While fnatic was bested by both
SK Gaming and
Evil Zone, the team doesn't give up. That was the message we got from
cArn when we interviewed him before he was leaving for Los Angeles and the Global Challenge-event. The team wants to defend their title from last year and show the world that the team still has what it takes to be the best.

We also managed to get an interview with the Finnish WCG-representative,
Roccat. Amongst other things,
tihOp reveals that the team has not trained up to the event, but has had a 5 day bootcamp in Berlin just before leaving. You can find both of the interviews in our pre-coverage.
