theRestof (now eSuba) managed to take a map-win from SK Gaming, when they met in the ENADC Season 2 Groupstage, and in yesterday's tie-breaker match they repeated that feat. This time around, the game was a BO1, meaning the Czech team has the upper hand in the three-way tie in ENADC Group 2.
SK started out with some relatively unusual picks, grabbing both Bane Elemental and N'aix. They were coupled with a Terrorblade, Puck and Zeus. tR on the other hand, went for some more conventional picks, taking Leoric and Dragon Knight as their main tanks, adding Warlock, Lina and Necrolyte for some intelligence-power.
After a firstblood by the Czech team, SK gained ground in the match, eventually closing the small gap in kills. Though SK's team allowed them to give a high damage-output in early levels, they didn't capitalize on it. Instead, theRestof could keep up with them, due to being mobile and ganking all over the map.
As soon as the teams reached mid-game, theRestof didn't face too much trouble. As they had kept KwoM's N'aix to a reasonable farm, and had denied Terrorblade any kills, the Leoric and Dragon Knight could dictate the game. With a now superior damage-output in team-battles, tR could easily take down SK's intelligence-heroes, and won several 5on5s. In the end, SK couldn't match tR and had to say GG as their 2nd set of barracks went down.

theRestof will progress from the group if Mousesports beat SK Gaming or if tR beats Mouz in their last game. Meanwhile, SK Gaming has to win their remaining match to stay in contention for a playoff-spot in the tournament.

On a more serious note: The roster changes on SK are really showing, not saying that Mini or kwoM aren't as good as Bogdan, but the teamplay is lacking a little after he was forced to leave. Impressive play by Radge as well, really gj. Last edited by zenition at 19.09.2008, 13:55

It's eSuba (former tR), not vice versa. A week ago eSuba organization dismissed their previous dota squad and hired tR to represent them. So from now on tR will be known as eSuba.
As for this game, Lina was excellent, and whole team did a good job overall. I hope eSuba make it to the playoffs. | |||||||||||||

myMYM]Phil goes dota? O_O. How did that happen?
Well they are not out yet. SK has to hope Esuba beats mouseport and them beating Mouseport and they are through. I kinda agree with Zeinition I think that their all Swedish line-up is stronger then with Mini in it, but whatever. Enjoy playing dota? Check out Demigod at "Demigodthegame.com

In Warcraft 3, there are few times when seasoned pros suddenly lose their touch or fade out of the limelight without permanent retirement. And while we had our share of goodbyes in 2008, it has been t...
