Next week on August, 25th the ESWC Gand Final in San Jose, USA will kick off. After the groups have been released already earlier this week, eSport pages around the globe started their pre-coverage. myMYM.com just launched today their ESWC Coverage item, which will be filled with articles and interviews those days.
Also Carmac was busy and sat down together with
Dennis "Walle" Wallenberg to talk with the talented player about the upcoming event.
The Swedish team of SK aims high at the maybe most important Counter-Strike tournament this year and to gain again a third place like last year would be a disappointment for Walle. He adds that they are "trying to come up with some new stuff to balance out the stuff [they have] been weak with". But also the mind game may play its role: "I think we might see a stronger SK if we prepare mentally as well as in game" and he appends that the team was lately not able to exploit its full potential. On the top he sees the Danish team of mTw since they are the "closest [team] to being flawless from time to time." Walle talks also about the chances of MYM, fantic in the tournament and his general Counter-Strike life.
