It seems that there is no more WCG in Croatia. Reason?They says:''Not enough money''. Last year I came in Zagreb on WCG StarCraft qualifications like outsider.I've lost in second round in qualifications,it doesn't matter anyway.I still remember Dendra,who came to make some fun, he was playing all races, omg I was dying of laughing. Dendra came to finals like a joke, he was crushing all in front of him. I couldn't watch finals, we were lating on train to Pozega. Atmosphere was amazing, nobody believed in Dendra except me,Sfc_Karabaja and Sfc_heretic..I felt so good, because whole croatian scene is going down rapidly. Why? It's full of bad manners, ridged people, ''old cro gosus'' , which think that they are greatest players and everybody else sucks. Dendra showed them. A matter I want to say is: organization was awful, all tournaments were late, no drink, no food, no SOUND on computers, they didn't give you to install drivers for mouses, so I need to play on my Diamondback without drivers, that is really hard. This year WCG is in Seattle, and Croatian organization says that they don't have enough money, every man costs 1500 $. I think that many they could get from sponzors, city, etc.. but they are too lazy. It makes me very sad, most of good people and my best friend I've met exactly on that WCG.I just wish I am not in damn Croatia...

unlucky is for countries that have skilled players but only one goes there, even though like their top3 are better than half of the noobs that go to wcg. who goes to wcg is based on money, never skill >,< If force won't work, use greater force.

It is as good as every nation's SP makes of it; and that also depends of the participation and involvement of the StarCraft players of each specific nation - so yes, it is indeed sad. yeh the drink n stuff is normal for any wcg, but saying each player gets t-shirts and then having only 2left for sc:bw players(since it was during the last playdays) because "they got robbed"(aka gave away t-shirts to friends days prior to our sc:bw qualis) or warning them 10times to collect all the replays and them saying they got robbed again as someone took a few hard disks.(aka someone needed a new hard and since they didn't get payed for the orga they had to take something). dunno if such things happen alot in other countries as well. on the lighter subject - him/I still use mozilla :) Last edited by Dendra at 05.05.2007, 16:45 If force won't work, use greater force.
