Unprofessional and Corrupt WCG INDIA 2007 Part 2

OK kp here again, this is the second part of what happened in WCG INDIA 2007

This thread is the part 2 which includes even more interesting things that happened during the finals at different place .

#2 WCG INDIA 2007 FINALS SEPTEMBER 9 10
- As usual the players are almost an hour late and the officials dint dare take any steps to punish them or warn them .
- I went to speak to an organiser and he informs me that the maps are not yet installed . This happened 15 minutes before the commence of the finals . ^ ^
- Taking into mind the future for Warcraft , i agreed to install the maps for them and it was all ready .
- Then the finalist reach almost 2 hrs late and inform the officials that they are ready to play . --- For a second i thought India games was actually controlled by the finalist who came late . ^ ^ . Thats seriously sad .
- Then comes the funniest part the players toss the coin for the map . Then all of a sudden , on finalist wants to host the game . The other players look in shock and what was even more shocking was that an Official Mr C ( supposed to be the second most powerful guy of Indiagmes ) agrees to it . ^ ^ . Then i suggested an alternative for it . i suggested that i will be a neutral host for the finals

THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS EVEN MORE SHOCKING

THE OFFICIAL Mr C TOLD ME " PLEASE GET OUT , IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT GAME U PLAYED NOR DOES IT MATTER THAT U CAME THIRD IN INDIA . SO PLEASE GETTT OUTTT BEFORE THE GAMES START ""

- And i replied telling him that as per WCG rules what u r doing is not right and u r supposed to have Offical Wcg Observer ( hosts )
- Mr C dint bother to listen to a word and just walked away .
- Mr C then approaches a finalist forhis confirmation of the rules ( ^ ^ ) ( how ridiculous can that be )

- As i mentioned in part 1 the same tables and chairs were brought for the finals . and u wont believe it my mantis was hanging outside the table

- ok once the cash prizes were distributed , the same person who had informed me about the funds that will be provided for travel and stay , told me that none will b provided ^ ^ . this shows u how much we can believe their words . and i ended up spending 8000-9000rs = 200-250$ for teh entire WCG INDIA 2007
and my cash prize --- max 150$ so u can see how desperate things are in India .
