A new encoded mode? -apxl

I was wondering if it is not possible to code a new mode simply like -lm where you get to draft heroes in game but not only from sentinel or scourge. Even better could be adding a time variable for example :

'-apxl 30' should mean regular competitive mode draft 30 seconds per pick.

To avoid complications while picking maybe pausing can be disabled to prevent time abusing as well as adding an option to choose first/last pick or choose side.

The idea is to do ban in chat rooms and carry the picking process in game to gain speed and become more observer friendly since lately alot of people have been complaining about how long the picking process takes.

the sent vs scourge line-up was how matches used to happen.

I like your idea of having some kind of timer for picks. One that you could adjust.

The idea for changing the timer for picks does sound pretty awesome. Could make for picking to be a little more entertaining.. especially during tdas.

55 beta wont be a stable map imo... 2 new heroes, new items... ff...

And plz dont ask for links. Be as smart as me, search for it with the help of a well known site^^

I can't believe MYM is allowing people to post information on 6.55. If you were truely respectful of the DotA community and the people behind it (Mods and Admins) any sort of post like the above would be removed.

Because icefrog explicitely asked to keep any leaked information or links to the next DotA Maps or its beta's back.

Most of the time though, people treat it as a rumor anyway... and that's exactly what was posted in the article; rumored changes that we could possibly see in .55. Doesn't mean they're going to happen, but doesn't mean they won't either.
