Hi guys,
I wanted to order a mymclub account but got stuck wehen transferring the money to mym (Regroup eSports A/S) After choosing for a bank transfer, I'm asked to transfer to these bank account specifications: Regroup eSports A/S IBAN : DK8651900001023799 SWIFT Code : AMBKDKKK Bank: Amagerbanken Sum : 19 Euro Description : 12 Months CLUB MYM Membership for User 2728 When transferring a international payment i can't give it a description. I allso need to know to which country i have to transfer the payment to (is this Denmark?) Could you guys please help me out |

Country Denmark, just mark it with your user ID somehow, otherwise email support@mymym.com and tell her you paid for a 12 month subscription and what you real name is, then they will track it and keep and eye out for it

ORdered it allmost 2 weeks ago and send an e-mail (with screesnhot) after the first few days. Few days later received a mail that mym will look into it. Haven't heard from them since.
