Hi all!

There is a blacklist for collecting as many hacker-accounts as possible.
And we already found lots of ESL-acounts.

http://www.sta-gaming.de/blacklist/index.php?section=blacklist

We'D be pleased if you support us and report your games vs hacker to us.

Thank you all =D

And what exactly do you think of accomplishing with that?

1. more attention towards the hacker-problem = more pressure on blizzard.
2. The ESL will have to react to the cheaterproblem, as they are not clean and they announced a program like aequitas for wc3 that never got released. (the wc3cl for example, aready banned players beause of our information, the ESL does not.)
3. It can save your time. You could, in minute 2 of a game for example, switch to the blacklist and search your oppnonents name in a matter of seonds. So you won't sarifice your time to somebody that tiehacks/maphacks anyway.
4.Recruiting clans could check if their rookies are on that list.
5. There will be more features, like a stealthbot-plugin for example, that will allow you to check players in your channel/ your game.
6. Most cheaters want to remain anonyme. We will not give them that chance. They will and do already have to explain to their rl and vl friends what they are doing.

The project will grow. And the more people accept/use it, the better tool it will be.

We don't need luck. The system works. We just need the players participation.

You should be a bit more mannered if you want players participation
As for the Blacklist, it's a nice move, GL!

Sry, wasn't meant to be unmannered.
I'm just sick of pointless and destructive sarcasm.
But I'm a nice guy! really!

Two questions. Do you search through every single replay people send to you where they suspect their opponent is hacking. And how can you be absolutly sure someone is hacking? I have myself experianced that people feel like I'm hacking cuz of some lucky moves, still I've never even came close to the thought. I don't think anyone would like to be on that list but innocently.

If you actually took a look at the blacklist, you'd know that we don't blacklist people because of "lucky moves".
Please have a look at our work before you complain. I think that's the least we can ask for before you criticize us. Also you can ask for re-opening of the cases if you think our decision was wrong.

Ok, so if I understand it correctly; you only blacklist those in which case there's no doubt of hacking. Wasn't meant as anything negative, just a simple question. And yes I was a bit too quick reading through it, just thought that searching carefully through (now i don't know how many requests there's coming it) all the requests (Which is like, screen prints of chats and replays and stuff?) could take quite a long time, right. Not an easy job exactly. But I love the motivation.

very good idea!and thx for the work!most hackers there seem to cheat in team games

some big organisation like MYM or SK should really pick up this idea as they have the manpower to let this grow.

Anyways i will support this.

Great work

manpower is not the problem atm. We have enough yet.
But if those clans could help us support the project... that would be orgasmic

Edit: tx for the support everyone

Great Idea for leagues like WC3L/NGL (others I failed to mention) is to make screenshot program for maphack. Takes random screenshot few times of your WC3 screen and then uploads instantly to server where admins can check if his screen is legit. This is not a new idea as CS is using this too. This would eliminate any maphack using.

=D

Let's hope he gets the final version done fast.
And let's hope he will be supported by some leagues.

you can already search with your browser "edit/search" but a separate search-button is work in progress.
