Is There Really A Tip Behind The "Fluke" Headshot?

Hello MYM this is my 1st post since I joined here ^_^.Is There Really A Tip Behind The "Fluke" Headshot?.I mean is it only aim the head and thats it? U fluke?Meaning 1 hit K.O.

If this so call tip can be found here in MYM I would like to join the MYM Club but I really dont really have the time now so I might just well ask ..

I think it depends from weapon you already got. I mean, if it is Ak-47, there is huge chance that you will kill some1 using just one bullet, if it's m4, than u probably need 2 bullets. It also depends from helmet, i think. Am I right, or did I get the question wrong?
