Pro ladder and non-bnet server question. Help!!

I have read about the pro ladder and it says top 100 in open ladder and 25 from wc3l and the remaining invited back from previous season. I was wondering for the top 100 in open ladder, there are 4 bnet servers, so is it top 25 of each server, or top 100 of each, or just top 100 of 1 server(such as europe or asia because i realize a lot of progamers play there)

Also, i have heard about non-bnet servers, that have reduced lag and better players. How do you get on these servers? There isnt an option on my warcraft 3 besides the 4 battlenet servers(for me at any rate)
