Communityaction against Tiehackers

Dischack is gone, today´s trend is the "Tiehack", that hack desync´s the running game, and battle.net cant determine who´s playing and who not, so it desync´s the running game.
The huge amount of player, who suffers through this hAck, are hopeless waiting of a reaction by blizzard. We want to draw your attension, and hope for many particpators in order to invoke a communityaction.

At this saturday the 16th, our shoutcaster Orc1sh, while commenting the "Final ofKorea Amateur Challange" (starting 2:00 p.m CET or GMT+1 ) will open a thread at the "General Discusssion Forum" on www.battle.net,who every user should support,in order to show blizard that this game is not dead yet.

You won the final fight, played extremly well and then "disconnected"
I´m pissed off, this wannabe hacker ruins the whole game. That´s why I decided to make Online Demo or collect signatures.

Everybody keeps complaining, but nobody takes action. As a shoutcaster you got the opportunity to mobolize some hundreds of listeners. And this is exactly what we are going to do at this saturday, with a accordingly thread at the Blizzard forums. Blizzard should experience the pressure of the community at their own "Board".

so, please Login and Post your Comment at the Thread.

hmm, cant wc3 community like take care of itself, make its own anti-hack programs&servers for ladder or fun gaming, etc. you cant have blizzard scratch your back whenever you have an itch, you have one form of hack and you're begging for help already,

shall be interesting when new titles come and wc3 falls into 3rd or 4th plan, so sooner or later you'll have to learn to take care of yourselves - in blizzard's eyes you're probably already dead, same as it was with wc2 when wc3 came, thats how it goes...perhaps sound harsh and brutal but center of the attention never remains at one place for too long.

#7 what the heck are you talking about? First of all seems like you got little to no clue what you're talking about.

hmm, cant wc3 community like take care of itself, make its own anti-hack programs

If you run an anti-hack/cheat program you need the hacks. Then you have to decode them and make them detectable. Also you can't run an anti hack/cheat program while using battle.net since it is most likely to interfere and this would result in a ban since an anti-cheat program would be categorized as a cheat-program.

ervers for ladder or fun gaming

Ok I mean servers for around 100.000 people. Maybe you wanna pay for the huge amount of servers required for this action?

ant have blizzard scratch your back whenever you have an itch, you have one form of hack and you're begging for help already,

To be really honest this statement drives me nuts. It is so totally narrow-minded, a disgrace for everyone thinking about this problem for just one nanosecond. You pay for a game and hence you expect it to work. If you got a game which doesn't work how it should be since you can get disconnected at any time, why did you pay for it? I mean you payed for it, they have to keep the game clean. It's as easy as that. They got the responsibility to take care of it, even though they're not doing it.

As a final statement:

Please if you want to comment on something, think about it for at least 3 seconds. If you still want to comment after these seconds, feel free to do so.

The thing why there is no private WC3 servers is: only one button to find automatically game. Getting private server to work like that, sounds good if its going to happen. Oh and server host games not gamers.

you already give your cdkey to blizz, when you join b.net, it checks for an licensed cd key.
and as Dendra said, wc3 need something alternative to official server, something like iccup, even pro starcrafters paly there and rank A+ is really prestigious to get, and there is custom antihack system, wc3 needs that

Blizzard should realize that the WC3 community is bigger than they might think. If someone proclaim WC3 as dead would he then proclaim thousands of thousands of players as left-overs?. Even if WC3 isnt the main center of attation from Blizzard's side, they should take responisbility for the game they have created. Think about it. If you own a house and are hiring it out and it suddenly would get invaded by cockroachs. Wouldn't you do something about it?

that two guyz on northrend server @ AT 2x2 ladder with lvl74 (stats: 600-1) are also ridiculous... blizz should care about abuse, also. at least ban abusers in the top100-500 places in every ladder, so other guyz could compete for ladder ranking in a normal mode, even if it almost means nothing.

i dont think it would be a so huge and impossible work, blizzard simple dont give a shit to wc3 anymore, very sad

i think that TH is kinda of a hack which is easy 2 prevent 4 ppl who host bnet server as it reflex on the stats. So there is a possibility that blizzard could do something and all the vanity from us wont be worthless.
