WCG 08 Starcraft USA Pacific Qualifiers update

The first Starcraft online Pacific Qualifier for the 2008 World Cyber Game USA Championship has ended. David “KingDino” Kent beat David “50CaL.Louder” Fells in the finals. David “KingDino” will now compete against the winners from the second and third online Pacific Qualifiers (registration closes May 30 th and June 27th respectively) and Pacific wildcard winner for a chance to advance to the US Finals.

North #2 (May 19 – 25) –Registration closes May 16 th

wasn`t dino this guy caught hacking more often then selctor and also again recently?
and if yes, why is he allowed to participate there?
not that it would actually be better in germany
