SMS Payment

Hi. I have payed 3 times with the SMS function but i dont get a code back to convert to points, i just get a message back that says "Thank you for using SMS kambi". I have checked so that my phoneoperator supports this function, and it does. I have sent a message to "support" and got no answer, i have sent 2 private messages to two separate admins, one of them read my message but didn't answer. I like MYM's site, but im dissapointed with the support. The first SMS i sent was almost a month ago and i am aware of the fact that it may take several days to recieve the code, but a month? And the fact that one admin read my message but didn't answer it is pretty innoying, i mean you could at least say you cant help me instead of just ignoring it...

I shure would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

Afaik tech support is already in contact with you about this issue, right? It is our problem, your right about that, but the problem has accured on a 3rd party software on a outside server, so it takes a while to figure out the problem mate, so please bare with us. Tech will get back to you asap
