This is easy for me as a HU. I would gleefully trade my prancy-nancy Bloodmage to the Orcish Horde for their Shadow Hunter. I'm tempted to offer him to the NE for the Warden for some Bolt/Strike-Clap/Fan action or the TC, since he's close to the MK only it would be nice to have Endurance Aura for a change for a slow-ass rifle/caster army. In the end, alas, I just can't pass up Healing Wave. SH plus Paly's Holy Light would be a life-saver for a low HP army like the HUs and I still think Hex-Bolt is damn sexy. I would even throw in two Sorceresses, five Gyros and a brand new spanking Steam Engine, fully equipped with Barrage upgrade. Any takers...? No? Okay, you can have the BM for free anyway... :P

Haha, as an Ud user Im not really to interesting in trading in any heroes, since I wouldn't be able to coil them, but maybe a shortterm trade of the CL for the TC for some mass damage mass speed action, would be interesting to explore.

Yeah, Nordahl, UD and Orc have no reason to trade their heroes. They're all good 1-4. I kept thinking, if I were Orc, would there be any hero I would want to trade for. I think I might part with the Blademaster (blasphemy!) for the DK, just coz I'd love to see Grunts on steroids via Endurance + Unholy Aura.

Oh, and @#4 neutral heroes don't count... :P

For that, we'd need a draft like in the NBA, where the worst race gets first pick.

As HU, we pick first and choose the Beastmaster. I think UD would get next pick and take the Naga for more mass nuking; the Orc would take the Panda (they might want the FL, but would take the Panda just to spite the NE); and the NE the FL. Second round, in reverse order, the NE get DR, the Orc get the Alchemist, the UD get the Pit Lord and the HUs round it off with the Tinker.

LOL @ Army... BiG, how about Paly for SH? It makes more sense for me to have a mass healing spell distributed over a number of low HP units, than to have a focus healing spell dealing high HP to only one unit. I mean, at level 3, it hardly makes sense to heal a Rifleman coz you'll probably overshoot his remaining health anyway.

On the other hand, it makes more sense for the Orc to have an high HP healing spell coz their units have so much HP. You could totally use level 3 Holy Light on a Grunt and get every health point its worth.

Either that, or maybe Blizzard could give the Paly's Holy Light a spread effect where it heals one main unit but deals additional, albeit minimal, healing to nearby units, like a halo effect over a small radius around the unit the Holy Light shoots down on.

I would trade KOTG for pala.

DH+ pala, trouble anyone? an immortal DH.. now thats something nice XD!. I wouldn't mind Lich either. Warden+ lich (SS+ Nova) another nice combo me thinks.
