| Hello reader. Please feel welcome to send me your feedback. Esport We are living in a world where electronic sport is one of the fastest growing industries. For many years Asia has been far ahead of the rest of the world, not to mention Europe. Asia have always been far ahead of devolopement, I dont know for what reasons, but I guess there isnt that big political issues as you example see in Scandinavia. For many years the electronic sport, also refered to as eSport, has been a culture that only was reserved for people that had problems socially and used their computer as a getaway. But that is far from the real truth, in our modern time everybody has a computer, not to mention Ethernet with high speed. And the game industry is producing games like never before. That must be a fact that really shows the development of esport. Today we see players gather themselves in teams, and huge organizations in order to get for their sport to get accepted and to get the best possible conditions. With the growth of esport the industry of game related equipment got its birth. As you see the tennis and golf player use costumized equipment we see costumized equipment in esport aswell. Gamer keyboards that gives the user the ability to improve thier movements, mousepads with special surfaces to reduce the friction between the mouse and pad, and I can go on forever. Esport isnt about just playing computer anymore. This is a real industry with billions and billions of dollars. Huge organizations today are becoming more like huge industries, with a full paid staff and players. The exposure for sponsors\' brands have become a huge income for these organizations. Esport is soon to become the most popular sport worldwide. Personal Goals It\'s in my nature to develop and launch new projects anytime I have the chance and opportunity. I like making a difference weither it\'s new partners, or challenges. What\'s most importent for me is to develop my own personality and get as much experience as possible. I once met a man who set his personal goal to learn a new thing each 3rd month, that could be diving, move some personal edges, or something like that, aslong as it developed him as a human being. I must say this actually made me set some different goals for my own development as a person and superior of many people. I hope through my work to inspire people to use some time on their own personal evolution. Books i can recommend: Leadership (Lederskab) by Rudolph ”Rudy” Giuliani. Through much of his tenure as mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani was a controversial figure whose personal weaknesses often overshadowed his political strengths. After September 11, however, the world focused on Giuliani\'s ability to lead with courage and controlled emotion. In leadership, Giuliani demonstrates through vivid, practical examples how he used an aggressive, hands-on management style to deal with everything from petty crime to terrorism. Build to last (Skab til succes) by James C. Collins and Jerry I. Porras What makes a visionary company? This book, written by a team from Stanford\'s Graduate School of Business, compares what the authors have identified as \"visionary\" companies with selected companies in the same industry. The authors juxtapose Disney and Columbia Pictures, Ford and General Motors, Motorola and Zenith, and Hewlett-Packard and Texas Instruments, to name a few. The visionary companies, the authors found out, had a number of common characteristics; for instance, almost all had some type of core ideology that guided the company in times of upheaval and served as a constant bench mark. Winning (Succes) by Jack Welch The respected but controversial former chief of General Electric pays readers back double here. Written with Welch\'s wife, a onetime editor of the Harvard Business Review, the book delivers a brilliant career\'s worth of consistently astute (and often iconoclastic) business wisdom and knowledge from the man Fortune magazine called \"the manager of the century.\" Welch knows what he\'s talking about, and here offers an admirably concise primer on how to do business that\'s a paragon of tough common sense. |
