On the 26th August the Serbian WCG Qualifier was drawn to a close. Held at the EXPRO Center in Serbia and M- Belgrade, this was the battlefield for players and their dreams of representing their country.

The Warcraft III section homed some amazing matches, as there were many famous players contending for the top spot. To the disappointment of many, the players Ghost and Miza (top 2) are unable to make the trip to Seattle due to various reasons. In the place of Ghost and Miza, the Serbian representative at WCG shall be Zaba who was placed 3rd.

In the Counter Strike Event, there was a fierce battle between the top 4 teams who came out of the group stages but in the end 4glory took the gold and sealed their spot in Seattle.

The Fifa tournament kicked off with single eliminations until they reached their top fourteen players. The fourteen players were split into four groups and the top players from each group would advance to the finals. The favourite and victor of the tournament was Goran Rebic but Irfan Ibric proved to be a tough opponent in the finals.

The Command & Conquer 3 Event just flew over our heads after a short group stage, the semi-finals and finals went faster than a blink of the eye. Dautovic Darko was the favourite to take the title and to no surprise he won. His average playing time for his matches was 5-7 minutes, so it’s assumed that the matches were quite easy for him.

In the Need for Speed Event, began with group stages and the player from them who finished first advanced to the semi-finals. Vladimir Ranisavljevic took his semi-final match quite easily (2:0) and continued onto the finals against Damir Holjan (Damir Holjan made it to the finals through def win, as his opponent did not show). In the end Vladimir Ranisavljevic took the crown and the ticket to Seattle.

Grids for each of these games:

aoe is not comparable to c&c3 :D aoe at least required some skills, though playing michi with koreans never was liked among the players :D any player from sc or wc3 could easily switch to cc3 and be no1 in it but i guess it's below the belt for them, khm i mean us. :O)

I agree. Unfortunately most of the diplomatic communities, including the embassy departments, don't see it that way.
PS: Verovatno si pogreshno razumeo moju poruku; nisam ni uzeo u obziru da ce neko da je svati kao uvreda :-\
