Every week they add or kick players. I remember how they merged with xlo then with one american team and many more. Its the only way they know if they cant qualify or reach playoffs. They merged with xlo to play wpl playoffs now with ip for ngl spot etc. Poor work of the management. So here u can see real merc team:)

all i heard was gia was only there for money and he would have left anyway. Sein did bad in his previous clan and that is one reason. Although he was playing fine @ENC!! elqua - hm idk much about him now aule was just 2on2 and becks did not too good in last month too. mb they could have let sein in this team to see what he ll do in the future. actually these new IES team is better than its former members...BRINGER showing good results at ENC...hg,gold,KPECT,frizzer are consistent and shows good performance...GL ies!!!! Strength lies not in defense but in attack!

Gotta make a statement on our position here, some of the comments I understand, Others I just dont but people have opinions thats life. The cold hard facts are that people we have put trust and resources into have not performed, to be honest reputation doesnt mean anything when results are not forthcoming. Some of the players we released are big names in the scene (Gia, Elqua, Sein)these decisions were not taken lightly or for personal reasons as has been suggested. They were taken to build a cohesion and teamspirit between the remaining players and hopefully go on to achieve some real results. I find it hard listening to the community's flaming and merc accusations when the only reason (aside from the possiblity of them destabilising the team as was the case with one member) was the lack of results, How much patience must an organisation have with people whos attitude is not right and who continue to underachieve. Stability is all important from here on out and I believe the team now assembled will stay together a long time... we have the right people in place to have a good atmosphere and winning mentality, go ieS!.

Gia never cared about ieS, that's a fact, i agree. But how can u say things like "underperforming" about Sein, when it was only week ago he joined and didnt even play a single game oO? Some reasons that led to this "distability" was completely random management from some of ieS highleader(s), who always just interfered in everything even in the field he(they) has either little knowledge or doesnt know anything about it, and as a result = screwing everything. Kek, i miss good old times with Sujin and Lose, w4x, Bonecracker, Heaven and Satan in the team. That was a REAL TEAM and one can't say they underperformed, just remember wc3l season9 (hmm yes i guess it was season9) quali when ieS 3-0ed relegated from wc3l mTw squad. Last month actions about ieS screwed the community image of the team(clan) and put a "merc team" label on it. But well, anyway good luck, would be interesting to see how ieS can go now and if they can avoid some of their mistakes now. ~ Never argue with an idiot.
