Virtus.Pro winning the ASUS Open Cup

Today the ASUS Open Cup came to an end and we could watch the Russian Virtus.Pro (VP) prevailing over the Ukrainian Hard Team (HT). Virtus.Pro managed to take down Traffic in the quarter finals while HT won against sP.Palit. sP.Palit finally placed third by winning against Traffic in the game for the third place.

These three teams share a prize pot of 125.000 Rubel which is approximately 3.500€. Furthermore there was a Counter-Strike competition where also Virtus.Pro could win the final against A-Gaming with a clear 2:0. As a result Virtus.Pro won another 6.650$ and showed yet again that they are the stronged that Russia can offer. Begrip surprisingly lost the game for place 3 against eXplosive.
