WCG Sweden Final event

Another WCG qualification will be finished soon, so we are getting closer and closer to the WCG main event. Now the Sweden quali rounds are finished, and only the final stands before us.

logo2The competition will take place on 17th / 18th August in Stockholm. The eight best players of the qualifications will be able to fight for their country's WCG spot. These eight gamers are divided into two groups. The first group matches will start at 15:00 CET on friday (17th of August). After the group round, there will be a single elimination system to determine the best player. There will be best of three format during the whole final.

Let's see the players and the whole schedule of the event:

Group Stage - Friday the 17th of August 

Group A

Sweden Nightelves SaSe
Sweden Orc KnOfF
Sweden Orc Elakeduck
Sweden Undead DowaQ

Group A matches: 

  • 15.00 CET - Nightelves SaSe vs. Orc Elakeduck
  • 15.00 CET - Orc KnOfF vs. Undead DowaQ
  • 16.30 CET - Nightelves SaSe vs. Undead DowaQ
  • 16.30 CET - Orc Elakeduck vs. Orc KnOfF
  • 18.00 CET - Nightelves SaSe vs. Orc KnOfF
  • 18.00 CET - Orc Elakeduck vs. Undead DowaQ

Group B

Sweden Nightelves LiiLD.C
Sweden Undead Naniwa
Sweden Human Sjow
Sweden Nightelves GlaiVe

Group B matches: 

  • 19.30 CET - Nightelves LiiLD.C vs. Human Sjow
  • 19.30 CET - Undead Naniwa vs. Nightelves GlaiVe
  • 21.00 CET - Nightelves LiiLD.C vs. Nightelves GlaiVe
  • 21.00 CET - Undead Naniwa vs. Human Sjow
  • 22.30 CET - Nightelves LiiLD.C vs. Undead Naniwa
  • 22.30 CET - Nightelves GlaiVe vs. Human Sjow

 

The Single Elimination Stage - Saturday 18th of August

  • 11.00 CET - Group A #1 vs Group B #2
  • 14.00 CET - Group B #1 vs Group A #2
  • 18.00 CET - Grand Final

Didnt knew frha was still playing. Think sase will make it, then some pretty equal players. As long as Skoth doesnt qualify im happy.
