Eight hours ago, the GameGune 2007 LAN event started with an upset: fnatic did just play a draw against the German team TBH eSports on de_inferno at 10.30 CET this morning. Everyone expected another performance made by fnatic. "We were just tired and played bad I guess. It was sort of a late wake up call. We should have won that game easy and if we play them again we will play 100% from the start", said dsn, member of fnatic.

PGS Gaming, still unbeaten, lead the first group in the groupstage of the Counter-Strike tournament, and therefore got a spot which leds directly into the playoffs, but also team ZYKON is continuing to the next stage of the tournament; the German team just lost to Poland's powerhouse PGS in the Group A. As well in Group B the two teams that will come into the playoffs stand firm. Namely these teams are fnatic and TBH eSports.

*UPDATE*: mibr and legionnaiRe from Group C also advance to the playoffs.

We getting closer to the point where we can say the first half of the groupstage is nearly over; now the teams out of the Groups from E-H are ready and going to face their opponents on the server.
