A long groupstage is now about to finish with the last tiebreaker games, and 12 teams have been already decided to advance to the playoffs. The last 4 spots will be battled out in the last stage before the playoffs can start - the tie breakers.

Legend : 1st / 2nd - Decider between 1st and 2nd rank in group, 2nd place - Battle for second place in group, Top 2 - Battle for the top 2 spots in the group.

In Group A, B and E we have the less important matches - they simply decide about who advances as first and second. Both teams do not have to worry about getting into the playoffs, whereas the important matches are being played in the other groups.

In Group C and Group D the battle for the second spot into the playoffs is being fought between Vault Team vs fade.dota and n!faculty vs TT_TT, whereas in Group G we have a three way tie where maGe, DoA and hi2u battle it out who gets the first and second spot, and who stays behind and is out of the tournament.

Yesterday maGe already beat DoA, secured one important point in the tie breaker, and will hope now for either them getting the necessary point against hi2u, or DoA losing the second match. Say_plz are confident in the tournament and they do not care about the final group position as they feel that they can take anybody - therefore ReG advances as 1st in the group, and Plz takes the second spot.

The teams that are tied will play one -ap(122221) game. Top two teams qualify from each group. Stay tuned for more updates.

In the first important tiebreaker of the tournament TT_TT managed to beat n!faculty and advances to the playoffs. You can download the replay from the MYM page, however it had to be rehosted after 30 minutes, which means that it's incomplete.

By winning both matches against DoA and hi2u, maGe is the first team to advance from Group G. Vau ( warlock, lina, nevermore, twin head dragon, tinker ) won their tiebreaker against fade.dota ( pugna, akasha, priestess of the moon, crixalis, vengeful spirit ) and advances as well. The last important match has just started. Hi2u is playing against DoA the deciding match about who will advance to the playoffs!

hi2u won the cointoss and decided to have the first pick. DoA picked the Sentinel side. We are currently reaching the 30th minute and the score is currently 15/5 in Hero Kills and 4/0 in towers for DoA.
