The compLexity Syndicate announced that their DotA team was released. They were the first sponsored DotA team in America. As we said on related scene news the team started to struggle when Throzz and DOGKaiser left the team. Fang left later aswell and joined MYM.DotA. This left coL with only FearDarkness (captain), warr1ck, and ezy. They added shroomz, Mike and Shaang (ex JMC player) but it seems it wasn't enough. They had to forfeit MYM PriDe #4 semifinals and after that forfeited the match for the 3rd place.

"Today, The Syndicate is announcing the release of coL.DOTA. Our Defense of the Ancients team has been a top North American powerhouse since the very beginning, and has brought home championships and top placements for the coL Community.

However, the team has had roster issues of late, and DOTA as a whole has not progressed on the world stage.

We are very proud of the success of our DOTA squad. They lived up to the compLexity standard of excellence and worked very hard to achieve their accomplishments. We'd like to thank all the previous players for their hard work. We wish them the best of luck in everything they do.
