The brand new MYM identity
Welcome to the new and improved MYM, which today besides a new identity also can pride itself with its 5th anniversary, an age which is not that common for a professional team.
But to jump right to the point, the devil has been the body of the MYM brand for the past 5 years, our corporate identity as some would call it and we have several times experimented with different logo's and styles to find the right one. Now, after 5 years, we believe we have found the one who shall guide and pride us over the next many years.
The CEO of MYM, Mark Peter 'Mercy' Fries, had a few words to share with you on this occation:
| Brands and logos in professional gaming have become an important thing over the past years. especially due to the evolution in our area, and words like identification, pride, association and fan cultures spring to mind. In marketing, a brand is the symbolic embodiment of all the information connected with a product or service. A brand typically includes a name, logo, and other visual elements such as images or symbols. It also encompasses the set of expectations associated with a product or service which typically arise in the minds of people and with the new MYM brand we believe we fulfill all of these. I believe that we finally can say our brand achived visual perfection. |
We are sure that all our fans out there will embrace our new brand and logo and love it as much as we do. A brand that over the next years will manifest itself in the top of professional gaming.

I like the new logo and the mascot, looks nice. But it seems to me that you completely dropped "MeetYourMakers" and just want to be known as mYm... that's sad in my opinion, MeetYourMakers is a name which can survive in the professional esports world and is a nice alternative to the sterile names many teams have. I also hope that a header will be added soon, a site without header looks strange :p
btw. your old logo was also very nice, I am wondering why you changed it at all... couldn't you have kept the logo and added the devil as a mascot? :p The problem in the new logo is that it's too complicated for some usages... your old one was just two squaders with another red squader between them. But nice anyway. x) | |

well i better like the old site. the logo is cool (but the logo in middle of main page is VERY annoying).
The colours of the ''main menu'' '' the loung'' to left are ugly :p its not good there only are room for 4 news imo :/. anyway i like most of the ''improves'' only those little things i dislike | |

You always had the devil, but it was in the shadow for a long time and almost never appeared on the website. Like you could have put him into the banner..... btw. give him a name please :p

Good teams in mYm but the tag is seriously the most horrid i ever seen. mYm sounds and looks so bad. Maybe change it a bit :)

Thanks for all the compliments, and for the few who don't like it: we won't change it back, so maybe think of how to improve it instead of asking us to switch it back :) For instance I have changed the devil in the middle now, so he won't come back after clicked away until the page reloads. btw what does it mens some articels, coverage etc are in grey some in blue, green and some red :)?
