Sk-Gaming's GuX has denied rumors of their being problems within the team following a 3rd place finish in the IEM: Global Finals.

Rumors began to spread after the new SK-Gaming recruit
Rasmus 'Gux' Ståhl was not present at the closing ceremony of the Intel Extreme Masters: Global Finals IV with the rest of his team to collect their 3rd place prize of $8,000.
Ståhl has laid rumors of their being problems within the team to rest however, stating that he had travel arraignments which unfortunately made him departure from the event early.
Quoting Rasmus 'Gux' Stahl from HLTV.org:
I had a flight in the morning from Düsseldorf, and all of SK's managers left before the ceremony and they had to drive me there.
It can go either way when you are in a new team, you can have games where nothing just works out like in the match against fnatic, so of course a third place is okay for a new team, I am not that disappointed, but of course we always aim for first place.
SK-Gaming is:
Jimmy 'allen' Allén
Robert 'RobbaN' Dahlström
Dennis 'walle' Wallenberg
Johan 'face' Klasson
Rasmus 'Gux' Ståhl
