Canadian DotA scene very much alive with a $ 1,700 prize-pool up for grabs.
The Toronto DotA LAN tournament is another Canadian-based competition that will be held on May 8, 2010, two months after the conclusion of LAN ETS in Montréal. 16 teams will be vying for some lucrative prizes under a tournament format that is very much similar to the one adopted by SMM in 2009.
This is another great effort by the Canadian DotA community to further develop the competitive scene in North America and provide a chance for regional teams to participate in more LAN events prior to the most anticipated tournament in 2010, ESWC.
