Perfect TeG takes on The Shit!

edc, teg, update

The Elder Gods, initially underdogs to win the European DotA Championship Pro League have accomplished a perfect sweep of their opponents to be on their way to be crowned Season One's winner.

Romanian team Romania The Elder Gods aka TeG, underdogs to win the European DotA Championship Pro League have accomplished the unlikely and defeated all eight of their opponents to be on their way to be crowned Season one's winner. The EDC format is similar to soccer, where a win earns the team three points, while a draw is given a point and none for losing the two games in each match. TeG have managed to come out victorious against their more fancied opponents such as Europe MYM and Russian Fede- The Retry, formerly known as AEON.ru.

Below is the current standings, albeit the last round has not been played.

(Matchticker)

Romania The Elder Gods

With only a few more games remaining, no team apart from Romania TeG can afford to be complacent during this crucial stage.  The championship is already in the bag for the Romanians and they will want to finish on a good note with a sensational win against Europe TheShit! The runner up spot all the way to eighth place is going down to the wire and no team can afford to be complacent during this crucial stretch. Slovakia SGC's hold on third place is dependent on how TheShit! performs in their remaining game against TeG. Although TeG have nothing to play for, they will not want to break this purple patch by taking it easy against TheShit! and should provide some stern opposition. "* dmZ and XX5 have forfeited this tournament due to unavoidable circumstances."

lol, i like the expression "unavoidable circumstances" aka german kids raging at eachother, leaving/disbanding teams all the time
