MiBR win KODE5 Brazil

firegamers, kode5, mibr

Made in Brazil won KODE5 Brazil after beating their biggest national rival, FireGamers, with 2:1 in Grand Final.

There were 32 teams competing for only one spot for Global Finals on KODE5 Brazil Regional Finals, and this was the first LAN event for both of new MIBR and Firegamers.

The two teams first faced each other in Upper Bracket Final and MiBR beated FireGamers with 16:14 on de_dust2, advancing to Grand Final to compete with the winner from Consolation Final.

Just as we expected, Grand Final was again the big clash between MiBR and FireGamers. FireGamers did a good job on the first map de_nuke, beating MiBR with 16:09. But MiBR didn't want to give up easily, taking down their toughest opponent in Brazil with 16:09 to secure the spot for Global Finals.

Final Standings:

1 Brazil Made in Brazil (Qualified for Global Finals)
2 Brazil Firegamers
3 Brazil Team A
4 Brazil PlayArt
