Battle.net Ladder resets

Blizzard has announced the new season of their ladder tournament. Top players will play in offline finals as well as have a chance to win Starcraft 2 beta-keys.
The seventh edition of Blizzard's Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Battle.net ladder tournament looks to be underway, as Blizzard has released information regarding the new season.
The ladder tournament for this season will follow a similar format to the previous ones, using three invitational ladders hosted on the Kalimdor, Northrend, and Azeroth realms. The top 100 players from each region will have a chance to join the bloodbath at the invitational Ladder.
In addition, Blizzard is giving the top performers from each invitational ladder a chance to win a Starcraft 2 beta key.
According to the information on Battle.net, the Ladder was to be reset on the 2nd of March for those who were interested in participating, but the news was just released yesterday.
There is a lot of excitement when it comes to Blizzard's ladder tournament, seeing all the top players playing in public matches against some of the craziest players they have ever met and sometimes not knowning that some of those players are their closest friends. Akward strategies, epic clashes, funny chats and trash talk are all the reasons to get into the excitement.
Then comes the race for the top 6 positions, where the 100 players battle it out to qualify for the offline finals. There was very strong competition in the ladder last season especially in the Asian invitational ladder, which lead to a whole confusion in the end as to who really did or didn't qualify.
Udate 09/03/2009: Blizzard has reset the ladder today which marks the beginning of 2009 Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Battle.net ladder tournament. Unfortunately games still can't be searched. In a forum post on Battle.net Karuna stated that "During the reset, Battle.net will be temporarily suspended" and opologized for the inconvenience.
