*Update* elfittaja leaves EYE Sports

The Finnish Undead player Samuli 'elfittaja' Sihvonen leaves team EYE Sports after three weeks.
Samuli 'elfittaja' Sihvonen joined the Russian-based team of EYE Sports back in December 2008, only to leave the squad after three weeks.
The team is currently fighting for a spot in the upcoming WC3L XV Season where they're only one match away from taking the aforementioned spot, with a tied score of 2-2 in the clanwar versus iGC.
elfittaja's number of debatable decisions seems to be endless. A similar case happened when he left Gravitas Gaming team in November 2008 and joined Wicked E-Sports WarCraft III crew right after, where he didn't stay long before joining EYE Sports.
ESL Pro Series Scandinavia Season I seems to be the only league he actively takes part in, for the time being and even there he is not keeping up with his standards. Being number eight in the ranking table, elfittaja has managed to win only two matches out of the six he has played this season.
Observing his recent career, clear signs of motivation deficit are evident. It is currently not known whether he will be searching for a new team or not.
UPDATE: To clear things up, we caught up with EYE Sports manager and asked him about elfittaja's departure. We asked him if unfulfilled promises were the reason and he had the following to say:

Actually, we were able to meet all his needs and satisfy him. It was during vacations when we recruited him and there were no important matches then, however after vacations we wanted to use him fully but he wasn't available right when we needed him the most for some really important matches. We did all we could to keep him at home but he couldn't arrange his time with us. There were three important matches in that week and we sure wanted to use him as one of our strong players.
He wasn't playing enough lately. Of course, he always was available for team practice matches and he sure was in a good shape. I think playing DotA has affected him a little, though.
Anyway he has chosen his way and I respect his decision.

I really don't understand what he's doing. Ever since Evoplay he has clanhopped all around and not advanced his career at all. We'll see if he has a plan or is just drifting with the tides.

Don't judge him with reasons which you don't know how to validate. Elffitaja is doing what's best for him, I would not call him clanhopping, just unlucky.

i think it has a reason that he left. Not sure which one, but it can be that he didnt feel that good or salary didnt arrive.

I dont think it's the lack of motivation or anything. It's just bad luck. It's not easy to find good teams nowdays. Time has changed and I suppose you are pretty lucky if youre in a good team and organization. Elfi isnt the only one who has sufferd from this.
