compLexity have completed the signing of the Jax Money Crew Counter-Strike team.

United State- Jax Money Crew's Counter-Strike team had been tipped to join United State- compLexity for several days but the official confirmation only came on Friday night on coL's official website.

Along with the the new team - formed in late December in the wake of the collapse of CGS - compLexity have also landed Alex "JaX" Conroy and Jason "Anomoly" Bass as co-owners and Josh "Dominator" Sieveres as Executive Assistant.

compLexity owner Jason Lake is confident the new team will be able to scale great heights and make its mark during 2009.

"The decision to put this management team together was made before the JMC roster was finalized," Lake told GotFrag.com.

"Alex and I discussed each player along the way and we feel we've got a true winner. The combination of attitude, work ethic, selfless play and raw skill that this roster possesses will give our fans one hell of a fun ride in 2009.

"It will take them some time to get back into 1.6 form, but this organization is patient and relentless."

compLexity have now the following line-up:

United State- Mike "method" So
United State- Sal "Volcano" Garozzo
United State- Justin "sunman" Summy
United State- Erik "da_bears" Stromberg
United State- David "zid" Chin
