The group stage of Extreme Masters Asia is now over and highly-favoured wNv-teamwork and WeMade Fox are through to the playoffs.
The opening day of the Asian Extreme Masters Continental Finals, taking place at the Intel Chengdu eSport Stadium, started out with Group A featuring the likes of
wNv-teamwork and
ExsequoR.
With
Lunatic-hai dropping out of the tournament one day before its kickoff, things looked really easy for wNv in this group and they did not fail to deliver, breezing past every opponent to secure the top spot.
The second place in the group went to
TyLoo, who proved a strong figure after defeating ExsequoR and
FTK 18-12.

WeMade Fox, previously known as e-STRO, were expected to cruise to the playoffs but the team had a hard time to sit on top of Group B, being held to a draw by
All For You.
TitaNs surprisingly managed to finish right behind WeMade Fox with six points, defeating the group's Chinese duo, with
SY-United being the disappointment of the group stage after finishing on the rock-bottom with no points.

WeMade Fox will now go head-to-head with TyLoo in the Semi-finals, while wNv-teamwork will have to fight off TitaNs for a place in the Upper Bracket Final.
