SteelSeries teasers "a big thing for the Nordics"

SteelSeries revealed a mysterious new project located on the new homepage www.ugt.se - eSports celebrities teaser "a big thing for the Nordics".

The homepage title says "1st of January" - SteelSeries revealed a new project including several teasers from eSports celebrities on their new website www.ugt.se. Every day a new face and an additional statement will be revealed - the official project start is located on Thursday evening.

"Something that was missing", announced Harley 'dsn' Orwall three days ago. Together with Inferno Online, Intel and several other partners the new project could be something special for the Scandinavian scene. The former SK Gaming Counter-Strike player Michael 'ahl' Korduner stated: "A big thing for the Nordics" - just a few weeks ago the Scandinavian scene received the possibility to compete in the ESL Pro Series; the new project could strengthen this trend.

I'm guessing it'll be a Steelseries mouse decorated in the colours of the 4 Scandinavian nations (since the project still has some relevance to Scandinavia I guess)... but honestly, CS players don't need the incredibly low amount of mouse buttons (51827) that WoW players "require"

UGT - United Genre Tournament imo ;p soif it will be 5v5 there will be male and female teams fighting each others/ or male and female mixes ;p Also there can be 1v1 male vs female. "equal chances" - LAN ? (Inferno Online)

I bet it's gonna be something like rvtejro mentioned :] But still zAAz's statement 'FINALLY an equal chance' doesn't seem to refer to somethink like that :D Also zet's 'a POWERFUL step'... hmm... surely, we haven't seen any men/women mixes, but would it be a very powerful step? Maybe, if it is transmitted in a big TV station, so everyone can see what e-sports are - for men, and for women also :]

Looking forward to hearing something about it :] (though I don't think this will refer to any casual players at all :])

I seriously doubt there is any gender restriction to any tournament, girls can sign-up and qualify for men tourneys too. I never got it why they'd not even try to play or quali in those. Even if they don't win they get valuable experience wich they could use to smash the other female contestants in femme-only tourneys.
