Gameplay struck by Financial Crisis

Dreamhack Winter 2008 is about to kick off in Sweden and just hours ago, 
Shayan 'Shayan' Taleb announced that his team, 
Gameplay, would not be attending the event. Several of the world's elite teams were invited and even though the Finns received an invitation and were seeded into Group
B with their fellow Scandinavians SK Gaming and EvilZone, they unfortunately did not have the financial resources to pay for the trip to Jönköping.
"The finance crisis has slowed down our income," Shayan states. "We managed to get money, but not in time to book the trip and it just cost too much."
Gameplay has already secured tickets to play a showmatch in Poland during the same time period as Dreamhack in order to maintain practice. The event's organizers have yet to declare a team to replace the Finns.
