Your case is pretty clear as well = you were mass disconnecting (according to the match comments) BUT you didn't bring a single screenshot to back up you claims. I don't get what you're trying to say, it's written in the rules when/how/why can you reload or not after a disconnect and if the Columbians didn't make use of that, it's their own fault. Talking about fairplay - it's not written anywhere in the rules that you should make a fairplay everytime (or is it?) - it's the matter of team's decision. If they chose to do it, alright, if not, they're called "cheap" but still act according to the rules. It is certainly not possible to expect a fairplay from all teams you play against, and sometimes you'll just encounter a team who doesn't give a shit about it. And yes, he had to finish the case because round deadline was over. One team had to advance and that's it. Judging by your comments, admins are baaaaaaaad, baaad, baaad boys because they make decisions based on the evidence that is given (by both sides) and because you cannot again play a game that was apparently fuxxored by your connection and supposed garena crashes (of which we have no screens), then they're of course inexperienced and everything - you're drawing some hasty and false conclusions because you, for some rason, feel that you've been robbed, even though facts don't say so.
