I have been taking part in a competition in Shanghai in the past few days. I had to get up early each day to rush down to Pudong for my games. I managed to place 2nd and I am satisfied as the top 2 can qualify for the grand finals. Ted was the champion -o-. I am treating this as a warmup for WCG and I can feel my form slowly returning. Ever since the conclusion of WCG China, I have not been training too much.
Tomorrow, I still have my NGTV group stage match against Soju and on the 15th, I have to play the final playday of WC3L. We only need to defeat aTTax in order to directly qualify for the offline finals so the prospect is good. After that, there is also the MGC qualifiers which will be held before WCG. My only hope is that I am able to play each and every one of my matches to the best of my ability and keep myself calm at all times.
There is also the visa application for Germany which is the most essential of them all :D. The past few days have been spent gathering the required information. I will be applying for my visa on the 16th and I hope that I will not miss out on my first chance to represent China on the international stage - this has always been my first dream :D.
I have been working out at the gym for more than 3 months already from June until now. My weight has dropped from 98kg to 86kg and the results are pretty significant. Of course, I know that perseverence is necessary and I know that this is only the beginning. It is only I who is aware of the sweat and blood invested into working out. Therefore I am pleased that I am reaping the rewards of my effort. I firmly believe that as long as one is willing to work hard for something, one will be able to achieve anything. Even though I am exhausted, I also feel happy and contented :D. Haha I hope that those who work out in the gym as well can exchange some pointers with me :-)
