The greatest LAN Festival over the entire globe, DreamHack, is going to held their winter edition in about six weeks. DH's organizers just revealed the first invited teams to the LAN event that received one of the coveted wildcards.

ESL Extreme Masters: Global Challenge Los Angeles winner SK Gaming, unsteady performing fnatic, MeetYourMakers, Danish top-team mTw and the vivacious Brazilian mibr are the first divisions announced to participate in this exclusive Counter-Strike tournament. Featuring an amazing prize purse worth more than 41,000€ (Euro) plus the creme de la creme from the CS scene, this event is surely be one of the highlights in the end of this year!

Over 64 gaming teams are expected to participate in the LAN qualification tournament at DreamHack's Winter edition. The four best teams will advance to the playoffs where they face twelve invited teams, which received a wildcard on registration.

You have to bring your own computer (BYOC) to attend the qualifier, quite the contrary shows the final tourney, where teams have to play on tournament PCs.
